caLIBRAte partners Pekka Kohonen and Roland Grafstrom, from the Institute of Environmental Medicine, Karolinska Institutet are co-authors of an open access Nature Communications paper entitled "A transcriptomics data-driven gene space accurately predicts liver cytopathology and drug-induced liver injury".

The presentations from the cross-project industrial worskhop on safe-by-design that took place in April 2017 in Bilbao, Spain, are now available for download. Alongside six other European projects, the Horizon 2020 project caLIBRAte participated in this conference.

We search contributions or collaborations for:

  1. high-quality data on bulk and nanomaterials and (eco-)toxicological studies
  2. high-quality workplace measurements
  3. high-quality environmental release and concentration measurements

The data will be used for predictive risk assessment model development and testing.

This may, the caLIBRAte consortium met for in Copenhagen, Denmark to officially kick off the project. Consortium members from across Europe and around the world gathered together to collaborate, strategize and set objectives for the next 42 months in order to make the project a success.
